Cozysides Returns, Warranty and Order Cancellation Policy

We are delighted that you have chosen Cozysides. We will continue to be by your side every step of the way. Sometimes things don't go as planned, and we want to provide you with clear information on returns, cancellations and warranty support.

Please read our policy carefully below.

Returns – Within 100 Days

You may return the product within 100 days of the delivery date. If you change your mind or the product is not suitable for you, that's no problem.

To ensure we can process your return smoothly:

The Cozysides device must be lightly used or unused, clean, and undamaged.

All parts must be included:

Device

Charging cable

User manual

Authenticity card

Original box and foam protection

Everything must be returned in its original packaging.

Before sending your return, please ensure that all parts are complete and in the box, and that the device is clean, undamaged, and securely packaged ready for resale.

Our team will inspect the product when it arrives. Returns cannot be approved if any parts are missing or the product is not suitable for resale.

Return Shipping Address

We kindly request that all returns be sent to our warehouse in Turkey. Returns and inspections are handled here by our trained team in a fair and standardised manner.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and step-by-step shipping instructions.

Note: We do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If Your Order Arrived Damaged or Was Lost

If your order was damaged in transit or never arrived, don't worry. When you contact us, we will send you a new product free of charge.

We do not issue refunds for products lost or damaged in transit, but we always resolve the issue by sending a replacement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. However, you can return your item and place a new order for the product you wish to receive.

Order Cancellations

We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order.

As we usually start preparing your order immediately after it is placed, we cannot cancel it once it has been placed. However, if you contact us quickly before your product is shipped, we will do our best to accommodate you.

If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can request a return after receiving it.

Non-Returnable Items

To be fair and transparent, returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Shipping and handling fees

Subscription fees (if applicable)

Incomplete, damaged, or heavily used items

Used items cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations

Gift items (can only be returned by the original recipient)

Refunds will only be made via the original payment method used at the time of ordering.
